Starting around 1:00 am America/New_York time we began experiencing
intermittent web outages affecting one of our three web proxy servers that
lasted until about 9:00 am America/New_York time. The cause was a denial of
service attack targeting one of our members. We have mitigated the attack and
are monitoring the situation.
