back online after 7 hour partial outage

A portion of the May First network was offliine from 1:31 am to 8:40 am
America/New_York time. The reason for the outage was an error that happened
during routine maintenance by our upstream provider.

The outages affected our members' ability to access their email, but not our
ability to receive email (so no email messages were lost). Additionally some
servicess such as XMPP and Jitsi Meet were affected. Most web services were
unaffected (with the exception of some sites still running on our old
infrastructure).

hasta las 8:40 a. m. (hora de América/Nueva York). La causa de la interrupción
